Our office is on the ground level of a big white building on Sheridan Road between 10th Street and Westerfield Drive. Situated at the North end of the building, the front door can be entered from Sheridan Road, and the back door can be accessed from the parking lot off of the Plaza Del Lago Shopping Center. The parking lot offers plenty of free parking.

Where is your office located? Is there parking?

Yes. We are located on the ground floor. Please notify one of our team members at the time you are scheduling for easy accommodations.

Is your office wheelchair accessible?

We are an out-of-network provider, and will submit claims on a patient’s behalf to any insurance plan that allows a patient to choose their own provider. We remain out-of-network so we may freely treat patients according to what is best for them, but we are always happy to help guide you through understanding your coverage. Please call us with any questions!

Do you take my insurance?

Call us at 847-256-1070 and listen to the voice recording. There will be an option to leave a message on the emergency line. Please describe your symptoms and leave a good phone number to reach you. One of our team members will be in contact with you as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency outside of normal business hours?

We can recommend a specialist based on your specific treatment plan and preferences. We work closely with other healthcare providers in the Chicago and Northern Suburban areas to communicate and collaborate on patient needs. 

Can you help me find a specialist?

Please let us know! We are happy to provide a detailed treatment plan prior to any procedure. Often, there can be multiple options for treatment, and we can help explain the potential costs and benefits for each. We are also able to submit a pre-estimate to your insurance carrier to help determine out-of-pocket fees and can help explain your coverage.
